I bought your new eyebrow pencil, and it does not paint. The pencil is hard and I have to press very hard to get a little bit of color (even then not noticeable at all) that there is nothing to do with a blur or a brush because there is no difference. I have been using other eyebrow pencils for years and I feel very disappointed and insulted by the product that was the most expensive of the other alternatives.
